No. It's the single most common thing patients tell us on their first visit, and it changes nothing about how we treat you. We start from where you are today.
Raise your hand and we stop immediately — not at a convenient moment, immediately. We can talk it through, take a break, or reschedule with no charge. Tell us beforehand and we'll book you extra time so nothing feels rushed.
Yes, from age three. Danish public dental care covers under-18s, so for most families there's nothing to pay. First visits are short and involve no treatment at all — just meeting us and sitting in the chair.
You get a written plan with the full price before anything begins. We're covered by Sygeforsikringen "danmark" and handle the paperwork for you. Larger treatments can be split over several months, interest-free.
We hold emergency slots open every weekday and Saturday mornings. Call — don't email — and we'll fit you in the same day wherever we possibly can.
